DramaSo

AI Image to Video Generator for Short Drama

Turn a still image into moving 9:16 video. Upload a character or scene image and lock it as a reference — DramaSo builds storyboard frames around it, animates each frame into a short video shot, then voices, subtitles and exports the whole episode as MP4.

How the AI image to video generator works

01

Upload your image

A character portrait, a location photo, a style frame — it becomes a locked reference in your asset library, reusable across every project.

02

Frames are built around it

Write or paste a script, and the storyboard stills for each shot are generated with your image as the reference — same face, same wardrobe, same place, in 9:16.

03

Each frame becomes video

Each still becomes a 9:16 video shot a few seconds long, with the credit price shown before each run. Then it's stitched with voice and subtitles into an episode.

AI image to video generator FAQ

What is an AI image to video generator?

A tool that turns still images into moving video. In DramaSo, your image serves as a locked reference: storyboard frames are generated around it first, then animated into 9:16 video shots to build a full episode.

Is it free to use?

Sign-up is free. New accounts receive 40 welcome credits, enough to cover the script, voiceover, and storyboard stills for your first episode. Video generation is billed in credits by duration, model, and resolution — exact prices are shown upfront before you confirm.

Do the videos have a watermark?

Exports come in 720p or 1080p with no watermark. Every video shot shows its credit price before it runs.

How long can the videos be?

Each animated shot runs 3–15 seconds depending on the model. On the Studio timeline, you can chain shots together into complete episodes running several minutes.

What format and aspect ratio do I get?

Vertical 9:16 MP4 with burned-in subtitles. The film export is 720p or 1080p, for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and WeChat Channels. The download also includes SRT subtitles and the episode audio.

Can I use the videos commercially?

DramaSo does not add its own publishing license. The terms say what you may do with the output. Read them before you publish, and keep the rights to your script, voice, and references.

Can I animate a single photo directly?

Your photo is used as a reference for characters or scenes rather than a direct first frame: DramaSo generates a storyboard frame first, then animates it into a video shot. For a single clip, create a one-shot project in Studio.

Want a full short drama, not just a clip?

Images set the look, scripts set the story. Bring both to export a complete 9:16 episode.

From one image to a finished episode
