How DramaSo works
DramaSo makes a vertical short-drama episode in four steps: script, dialogue audio, storyboard, finished film. Each step costs more than the last, so you hear the dialogue and see the frames before paying for video. A 60-second, 10-shot episode on the default models takes about 3,254 credits and usually under half an hour from pasted script to export.

- One 60s episode
- ≈ 3,254 credits
- Script to export
- < 30 min
Step 1
Script
Paste a finished script (.txt / .md / .fountain), let AI write an episode from a one-line idea, or paste a viral short-drama link to break it into hook, conflict, twist and cliffhanger. Pasting and the timeline work without signing in.
- Time
- Under a minute
- Credits
- AI script 2 credits per episode, viral breakdown 3, script review 1; pasting your own script is free
Step 2
Dialogue audio
Voice the whole episode first and listen to pacing and the hook on the timeline before you spend on pictures.
- Time
- About 1–2 minutes per episode
- Credits
- 1 credit per 5 lines (about 2 credits for a 10-shot episode)
Step 3
Storyboard
One 9:16 still per shot. Character lock keeps the same cast across the episode; redo any single frame.
- Time
- Usually within 2 minutes per frame
- Credits
- 25 credits per frame on the default model (about 250 for 10 shots); the price shows before each run
Step 4
Finished film
Turn frames into shot video, auto-stitch with burned-in captions, and export a 9:16 MP4 (720p / 1080p, no watermark) for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and WeChat Channels.
- Time
- About 5 minutes per shot video (shots run in parallel); export about 1 minute
- Credits
- About 50 credits per second on the default video model (300 for a 6-second shot), export 2; pick a different model per shot, price shown first
Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically. Times are from the last 30 days of real runs; video can be slower at peak hours.
