Caiyun Xiaomeng, from the Caiyun team, is an AI story-continuation toy in the best sense: seed it with an opening and it spins the tale forward, with user-defined worlds, characters and role-play. For short drama we'd use it to stress-test plot directions cheaply — never to produce a shootable script.

It's the same species as NovelAI — a continue-my-story loop with role-play — but Xiaomeng natively speaks Chinese web-fiction genres like romance and xuanhuan, exactly the source material short drama adapts most. When it's time to become a script, though, Wawa Writer's novel-to-script chain is the real road. We see Xiaomeng as a sparring partner for stuck writers: generate directions, then write it yourself.
