Our take — TopView for short drama

TopView is a broad video agent, but its Drama Studio is the part we care about: it is explicitly designed for micro-drama and multi-episode vertical storytelling, breaking a script down into a character bible, scene designs, props and prompts that live on as reusable production assets. Our read is that for serialized short drama — where episode ten must still look like episode one — this is the most production-minded system in the category.

The tradeoff is breadth: TopView also does ads and marketing video, so the interface carries more than a drama creator needs, and credits are billed per second of generated video, which adds up across a season. Against MicroDrama AI it wins on series infrastructure and loses on simplicity; against LTX Studio it trades deliberate shot-level control for agent-led automation and batch production. We'd pick it when continuity across episodes is the actual problem.
